RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At La Fine Fleur, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If a product does not meet your expectations, we provide a clear and transparent return and refund process.

1. RETURN PERIOD

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

No restocking fees are applied.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. DEFECTIVE AND NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

This includes manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or items received in error.

When the issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Return shipping costs may be covered when applicable.

Non-Defective Items

This includes unwanted items, sizing issues, or purchases made by mistake.

Items must satisfy all return eligibility requirements.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

4. REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before funds appear in your account.

5. EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges when returned items meet our eligibility requirements.

For the fastest resolution, we generally recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.
