La Fine Fleur is a quality selection of eco-responsible items. We believe that fashion should be positive and attentive to style and the environment alike! Here’s a little about us.

How are our products selected?

Each item on La Fine Fleur’s site has been chosen with much care and love! We only collaborate with committed brands with nothing to hide and whose approach and values speak to us. We then select the items we like best from each collection. 

What exactly do the different labels on the site mean?

The labels or mentions are awarded by independent organizations. They guarantee the products’ tractability and quality. A certified brand keeps its promises. We’re here to help you make sense of the main reference labels in the textile and clothing market.

How do I take care of my clothing article?

We provide care instructions specific to material and use on each product sheet. Further indications may be given by the brand on the tags or wrapping. Please respect them in order to guarantee your article lives a long and beautiful life!

Payment

What payment methods can I use? 

You can pay for your order online using a card (Visa, Master, Amex) or PayPal.

Is my payment secure?

La Fine Fleur is particularly sensitive to security. All payments are secure on our website. Your bank details are sent to our server via the SSL protocol (Secure Socketd Layer): encrypted this way, they can’t be read by a third party program. They are then transferred to our bank in a 100% secure environment. We never store your bank details. 

I have a promo code. How do I use it?

If you are the lucky holder of a promo code, don’t forget to enter it in the corresponding box before checking out. If the code is valid, the promotion will automatically be applied. 

I didn’t receive an email confirmation after I put my order in. Has my payment been made?

Once your order is validated, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address entered during sign up. If you don’t see it, try talking a look at your spam or junk mail 😉. Our message maybe landed there by mistake. For Gmail, try the « Ad News » tab.

If our confirmation email still is nowhere to be found, your order probably didn’t go through. To double-check, please write to us at hello@lafinefleur.co

My payment was refused.

If your payment does not go through then it has been refused by your bank. We invite you to contact your bank in order to obtain further information. 

Invoice

I can’t find the invoice in my delivered package.

No paper invoices are included. You’ll receive the invoice by email. It’s more practical that way and much better for the planet 😉

Delivery

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Once your order is dispatched, it will be delivered in 2 to 3 work days (not including week-ends and holidays).

How can I track my order?

We’ll send an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. 

Can I order from abroad?

Yes! We deliver abroad. Orders are possible from the following countries: France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luwembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom. 

Returns

I’m not satisfied with one of the items I received. May I return it and be reimbursed for it? 

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the items you do not wish to keep.

Only the items returned new, in their original wrapping, with tags and accessories (if applicable) can be reimbursed. They must not have been worn, washed nor damaged. Shoes must have been worn inside on a clean floor only. 

Returns may be contested in case of signs of wear or damage. 

How do I return an item?

A dedicated portal can be found at the following address: https://lafinefleur.shipping-portal.com/returns. Enter the tracking number provided by email at the time of dispatch and follow the instructions. 

How long will it take for me to be reimbursed? 

As soon as we receive your return, we will send a confirmation email and will proceed to your reimbursement within 10 days.

How does the reimbursement work?

The reimbursement will follow the same mode as the payment. The bank or PayPal account used for the payment will be recredited with the amount of the returned articles. 

I haven’t received my reimbursement. 

We proceed with your reimbursement within 10 days from the date of receipt of your return. Sometimes it takes a few more days for the amount to appear on you bank or PayPal account. If you still don’t see it, please reach out to hello@lafinefleur.co

I don’t wish to receive your newsletter anymore. How can I unsubscribe? 

As stated in our terms of use, you are free to unsubscribe at any time. To do so, click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter. Your email address will be deleted from our mailing list.
