Delivery and returns
We deliver in the following countries: France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom.
Free delivery for every order from 100 €.
Orders received before 6 pm
From Monday to Friday, all orders received before 6 pm will be delivered on the next business day. (For example, an order received at 5 pm Tuesday will be delivered on Wednesday.)
Orders received after 6 pm
From Monday to Friday, all orders received after 6 pm will be delivered on the 2nd next business day. (For example, an order received at 8 pm Tuesday will be delivered on Thursday.)
Order received between 6 pm Friday and 6 pm Sunday will be delivered on the next Monday.
Delivery times range from 2 to 3 business days from the day of the order dispatch.
Returns and exchanges
Return costs are free for every order in metropolitan France (excluding sales and promotional items). Return costs are at your own expense on sales and promotional items.
You have 15 days as from the date of your order’s receipt to return the products to the following address :

Only returned product in as-new condition, in their original package, with their label and their possible accessories, i.e., in a perfect state of resale will be accepted. Therefore the articles shall not have been worn, washed or damaged. We reserve the right to contest the return if we find signs of use or damage.
Special conditions for shoes:
Insoles and outsoles should carry no trace showing that they have been worn. Thus the fitting must be done indoors, preferably on a carpet or a non-marking surface; shoes must be sent back in their original box (sometimes indicating the size and the brand) and with the possible supplied accessories (laces, etc.).
Upon receipt of your return, we will send you a confirmation email, and we will proceed to the exchange or refund within a maximum of 10 days after your return was received.
For exchange requests, if the requested product is available in stock, we will ship a new order to the same address and in the same conditions as the original order. If the requested product is out of stock, we will contact you via email to know your decision (choosing a new product or getting a refund).
The refund of the returned product(s)’ amount will be made on the same bank or PayPal account as the one you used for the initial purchase.
